Meet Our Elementary Principal, Mrs. Susan Shelton! 💜💛

Mrs. Susan Shelton brings years of experience as both a classroom teacher and administrator, along with a deep passion for helping students succeed. Her dedication to education, leadership, and building strong relationships makes Buffalo ISD a better place for our students, staff, and families.

We are incredibly fortunate to have Mrs. Shelton leading Buffalo Elementary School, and we look forward to another amazing school year under her leadership!

We’re trying something new for Meet the Teacher 2026, and we can’t wait to welcome our Buffalo Elementary families! 💜💛
This year, teacher assignments will be shared during Meet the Teacher rather than through phone calls ahead of the event. Families will visit each station on the infographic before receiving their child’s teacher assignment. To help your evening go smoothly, please complete as many registration requirements as possible before arriving.
PK3 families will begin with a brief informational meeting at 4:00 p.m. We’ll review important PK3 policies and share helpful information to get the school year off to a great start.
We’re looking forward to seeing everyone and kicking off an amazing year together!
