- Great book- 'Recovery: Freedom From Our Addictions' by Russell Brand. It is real, entertaining and many aspects can apply to all of us- regardless of whether or not we are grappling with the various addictions he had.

- Favorite concept/quote of his ' You don't choose between having a program (ie 12 Step) and not having a program. You choose between having a conscious program or an unconscious program. If you're not working a conscious program, you're being worked by your unconscious program.' Boom. LOVE this.

The year 2019 is loud- where can we find more space in our regular day?
