Our students make us so proud! Today was the annual Spring Horace Mann Graduate Research Symposium. 29 students shared their master’s project research this morning. Making a difference in the lives of students with disabilities.

This past Wednesday was a big day at Buffalo State University’s inaugural Student Showcase! 🐾✨

From research posters to classroom innovation, our students are making waves:

Katey Matteson-Rosowicz kicked off the morning at the SRCC, presenting her AURA-funded research on diverse disability representation in children’s books. Huge congrats to Katey for also taking 2nd place in yesterday’s 3-Minute Thesis competition! 🏆

Our Lit Block students hit the Experimental Learning Fair to share the impactful lesson plans they’ve been teaching at Holmes Elementary. 📚

ABA Master’s students (EXE 646) wrapped up the semester at the Graduate Research Fair, showcasing deep dives into the vital intersections of diversity and disability in education. 🎓

So proud of the hard work and heart these students are putting into the future of education!
