Last week, our resident visited the urban farm in Buffalo. It was amazing to see sustainable, healthy growth of urban veggies! We are very lucky to have Buffalo Go Green mobile farmers markets at Niagara Street Pediatrics and Broadway Pediatrics each week 💚

For those of you who asked for labels 😁 Now we have labels for lettuce, mint, rosemary, basil, and parsley so that you know what you’re picking 🌿

The benefit of gardening indoors is that our veggies are still growing! Grab a cherry tomato or mini-pepper at your next pediatrician appointment 🍅 🫑

Great job to the pediatric residents for sharing some simple recipes and making healthy snacks fun!

We started these bean sprout jars in our gardening glass 3 weeks ago and now they’ve sprouted! Ready for a bean sprout sandwich 🌱
