I’m officially licensed to listen, qualified to question, and equipped to educate on mental health and wellness.
After YEARS of hard, countless 14 hour days, THOUSANDS of client hours, supervision, studying, setbacks, and many MANY tears. I’ve finally taken and passed my board exam and I am officially a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State.
This journey has truly stretched me professionally and personally, and I’m incredibly grateful to God for the pursuit of purpose and strength to endure, the few who supported and encouraged me along the way, and all my clients who trusted me with their truths throughout this process.
Becoming an LCSW is more than a credential to me; its a testament to resilience and a commitment to continue to do what I’ve been doing for 12 years: show up with empathy, integrity, and dedication to the people and communities I serve.
Proud of this milestone and excited for what’s ahead.

The season of harvest is upon, and just as the leaves and weather shifts so can your mind set. At a certain point, It’s necessary. It’s an opportunity to ground yourself in gratitude for the seeds you’ve sown thus far. An opportunity to grieve what never was and what now is gone. And an opportunity to grow giving yourself grace as you navigate the changes. Remember that planting, pruning, and propagating are part of the cycle of growth. You are right where you need to be….in season.
