At the Women of Color Summit, we had the incredible privilege of facilitating a mini-session on Mental Wellness as a Leadership Competency, titled “Healthy Minds, Confident Leaders.”
We explored how prioritizing mental health isn’t just personal, it’s foundational to becoming a more sustainable, empathetic, and consistent leader in the workplace. 💪
One of the most powerful moments was when we collectively created an affirmation wall—a space where participants uplifted themselves and each other through intentional, confidence-building messages.🤗
