Mrs. Hughes took her Sixth Graders to enjoy some sweet treats at The Sugar Palette to celebrate the end of the school year! 🍪☕️

Last week’s End of the Year Party and Color Run was a ton of fun and a great way to celebrate the close of a fabulous school year! 🌈🎉 Huge thanks to Mrs. Patch for chairing this event and to all the HSA parents who volunteered!

First Graders in Mrs. Richey’s and Mrs. Rice’s classes enjoyed a cool treat at the end of a hot day last week. The students walked to Anderson’s and practiced placing their orders independently too! Special thanks to our parent volunteers!

Last evening was the 94th Commencement Ceremony for St. John the Baptist School. 🎓Together with their families and teachers watching in support, these young men and women went from being 8th Graders to being the newest alumni of St. John’s. As Father Michael Parker said in his message to the graduates, as they leave St. John’s, may the become all that God has called them to be.

So long, Kindergarten! 🎓 These boys and girls celebrated all they learned and all the friendships they built during their time in Kindergarten at St. John’s. 📖✏️🍎🖍️ Just like the warm fuzzies they received from their teachers each month, the Church was filled with warm and fuzzy feelings as these children moved on from Kindergarten. Big thanks to their teachers, Mrs. Doyle and Mrs. Salerno, for helping these children grow this school year!

Our student leaders, members of the Honor Society of St. John Neumann and Student Council, celebrated all their hard work this school year with a pizza party lunch! 🍕Many thanks to the moderator of these two organizations, Mrs. Deakin, for providing leadership opportunities to these students.

The Eight Graders of the Class of 2026 enjoyed their class trip to Letchworth State Park! 🏞️ Continuing a St. John’s tradition, these students and their parents had a great time together white water rafting! Big thanks to the teachers who chaperoned the trip, Sra. Stanz, Mr. Tiermini, and Mr. Spangenthal. 🛶🌊

We hope that Mrs. Testa’s Pre-K 4 friends are enjoying their first day of summer vacation! ☀️
