This is my first post about training through an injury. Everyone has a different level of severity with their injuries, but what I'm trying to show people is that there is ways to maintain yourself both physically through good nutrition and the use of different specified workouts for that person's injury. My fracture is in front of the elbow in my Ulnar bone area, so carefully using straps and lightweight behind the elbow I can stay busy working out the rest of my uninjured extremities. It's best to consult with a professional trainer with experience to avoid an further damage to your current injuries if you plan on training through your injury If at all possible.
Weigh in day photos, I post this to show how I gained the knowledge and discipline to achieve a goal of bettering myself. Not just for a moment of combat but to prove that I have the mental will power to do so and simply that I can do it because I wasn't born with this physique. Now I can show others the way by training them.
