Saginaw ISD Early Childhood Services We offer top-quality early childhood programs for school readiness and family-community support. Must have own transportation. Home Based.

Program Options:

Center-Based/Part-Day. 3.5-hours of classroom program, Monday through Thursday: Located at one of our centers throughout Saginaw County. Center Based/Full-Day. 7-hours of classroom program, Monday through Thursday: Parent must be working or going to school a minimum of 20 hours per week and provide his or her own transportation. Childcare Partnerships. 7-hours of program w

ith extended care, Monday through Thursday, in a licensed day care center where all Head Start services are provided. Parent must be working full-time or going to school carrying 12+ credit hours during the day. There are a limited number of opportunities available. Any hour (s) over 7 parents are responsible for payment. Families receive the same services as those participating in a center-based program. While the center-based program Head Start option focuses on the child in a classroom setting, the home-based option focuses on the family and the child in a home setting.
