Today was a big presentation day for our students! 🌿
Everyone shared their thoughts on early childhood development, the role of adults in the classroom, and how they aim to grow over the 3-year Montessori cycle.

Each student spoke with so much passion and sincerity as they reflected on one powerful question:
“Why did I choose to become a teacher?” 💭✨

Looking at the questions on the board, we were reminded — these are the true heart and soul of teaching.

Our Elementary learner dove into the fascinating world of botany! 🧠💚

Armed with a magnifying glass, curiosity, and a plant classification chart, they explored the parts of a flower, learned how roots absorb water, and even discovered how leaves “breathe.” 🍃🔍

Hands-on, student-led, and full of wonder — this is how real learning blooms. 🌼

In every discussion and every hands-on activity,
everyone was fully engaged and eager to find solutions together.

🎉 We’ve officially begun our Practical Life training! 🧺🌱

This week at MWTEC, our Early Childhood cohort stepped into one of the most foundational areas of the Montessori method — Practical Life. With guidance from our experienced instructor, students are learning how to model purposeful, hands-on activities that support independence, coordination, and concentration in young children.

From pouring and spooning to care of the environment and grace & courtesy, every moment is an opportunity to observe, reflect, and grow — as future Montessori educators!
