Founded in 1875, the award-winning district's eight elementary schools are located in the cities of Buena Park, Anaheim and La Palma.
Enrollment is approximately 4,500 students. The Centralia School District is located in beautiful Southern California in the northern part of Orange County, located between Los Angeles and San Diego counties. Centralia School District was established in 1875 and was the first school district in California to provide free textbooks to students. Today, the district's eight elementary schools are located in the cities of Buena Park, Anaheim and La Palma.

These districts and municipalities are keeping fleets safe and on the road starts by investing in the technicians who maintain them.
A great group of fleet technicians joined us at Cerritos College for our recent Heavy-Duty Air Brake Systems Training, with participants representing Centralia Elementary School District and the cities of El Segundo, Santa Ana, Torrance, Long Beach, Victorville and Rancho Cucamonga.
Thank you to each of these organizations for investing in their technicians and making continued training a priority.

Six years. Zero missed days. Three amazing students.
Last night we honored three former CESD students for perfect attendance from 2020–2026. Each received a trophy and certificates from CESD, Mayor Connor Traut and Assemblymember Sharon Quirk-Silva.
Now attending Walker Junior High School, these attendance superstars continue to shine. We celebrate their perseverance and commitment. Thank you to the families and staff who helped them show up everyday.
