👏 Join us in congratulating Jorge Rodriguez, our 2025 Soils & Base Technician of the Year! 🎉👏

With 25 years of QC/QA experience, Jorge has built an impressive career in construction inspection and materials testing. His journey began in 2000 at Trinity Testing Laboratory as a Level I Technician, working with concrete, soils, and asphalt.

In 2002, he joined Drash Consulting Engineers, where he began in the Geotechnical Department before expanding into materials testing, gaining hands-on experience in both areas. When Terracon acquired the firm in 2004, Jorge continued to specialize in materials and never looked back.

Since then, he has tested over a million tons of materials for federal, state, local, and commercial projects. His expertise and commitment to quality is unmatched. Jorge leads with integrity, living out Terracon’s values while inspiring his team through dedication, humility, and a passion for continuous learning.
