What better way to celebrate making it through the first full week of school than with a cool treat? 😎🧊

McCormick PTSA handed out popsicles to every student on campus—because every Tiger deserved a little something sweet to end the week!

Starting next month, Student Treat Day treats will be:

💙 FREE for PTSA student members
💵 $1 for all other students

Also, a huge thank-you to all our amazing volunteers who helped make it happen, with a special shoutout to the dads who jumped right in and helped kick off interest in our Watch D.O.G.S. program! 👏

Four for four thanks to this amazing community who just can’t help but be so sweet to our campus!

Thank you to Abuelita’s for treating our staff to some delicious pan dulce, and to Adrian Avila at Frost Bank for working with Progress to round out the perfect Friday pairing with some cafecito ☕

While we’re here… Meet our Hospitality Chair, Pinal Patel! If our staff are being fed, celebrated or shown a little extra appreciation, there’s a pretty good chance Pinal is somewhere nearby making it happen.

If you see her around campus, give her a high five - or just hold the door open, because there’s a good chance her hands are going to be very full!

Thank you to Lance Moffett and Dusty Gibbs for their leadership at the district level, as well as our Johnson High School feeder-pattern athletics leadership team for helping families navigate these changes.

A special thank-you to our McCormick, Dahlstrom and Johnson Athletics Secretary, Stephanie Garza, who has worked hard to keep up with questions and provide timely communication to families across all three campuses.
