I got to spend some time in Señora Garza’s Spanish 2 class yesterday. They played a game where they rotated around the room, switching partners, and discussing their food and drink preferences in Spanish. Then they worked on a digital poster in Canva, showing what and where they like to eat most. It was a fun class!

This was my first time to visit Mr. Mooney and his ASL 1 class. His students and I learned in rapid succession how to talk about what city we live in and what area our homes are in and are close to. I actually learned several signs today, though his students are a lot better at keeping up than I am. I really enjoyed that lesson.

I really enjoyed getting to be a part of Monsieur Hennigan’s French 2 class this morning. Getting to see him in action is always a treat, and I always learn something when I’m around him. Today I got to see his grammar note sticker collection system in practice.

I’m in Señora Brown’s Spanish 2 classroom this morning. They’ve played a guess who game, asking questions in Spanish and using food vocabulary. They’ve also answered questions about their own food and drink preferences. It’s been a fun class!
