The Future Nurses of Avita program is designed for high school juniors and seniors in Crawford, Richland, and surrounding Counties who are interested in pursuing a career in nursing. Through this program, students gain valuable exposure to the healthcare field, including:

▪ Job shadowing experiences in various clinical areas
▪ Hands-on learning alongside nurses and patient care teams
▪ Opportunities to assist with basic patient care activities
▪ Insight into hospital environments and career pathways in nursing
▪ This experience helps students build confidence, develop professional skills, and better understand what a future in nursing can look like.

These four Baker’s ladies are all pursuing their education through scholarships offered at Baker’s that cover schooling AND books, in full! 📚🎓 And they’re doing it all while continuing to work with us!

What makes it even more special? Their journeys all look different, but they have one goal in common: ✨GRADUATION DAY✨🎓

Two recently graduated high school and are just getting started. One is a mom of two pushing herself to pursue higher education. Another took a step back from college to grow and build her life before returning to finish her degree.

Whether you’re looking for your first job, heading straight to college, or going back to school later in life, there’s no one timeline for building your future. 🥰

We’re proud to work with Crawford Success Center to bring this opportunity to our community! We also proudly support our local schools and work with high school workforce programs, giving students the opportunity to earn an income all while completing their education.

This hands-on, 3-day training is designed for individuals looking to strengthen their understanding of pneumatic systems used in modern manufacturing and industry. Participants will gain practical experience with:
