Current Touch of Class members would like to invite ToC alumni to join them in singing the national anthem and school song at the homecoming game on Friday, October 2. Class of ’71 55-Year Reunion Invitation- You’re invited to our Class Reunion!

Join in sharing food, visiting, memories, and laughter as we celebrate together 55 years of our class.

Date: Saturday, October 3, 2026
Time: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Location: Buckner Town Hall – where we held our 50-year reunion 5 years ago
Address: 32 S. Sibley St., Buckner, MO 64016. This is across the street from Buckner Elementary.

Please bring: Your choice of food for a noon meal. We want to keep it simple this year – finger foods are fine – sandwiches, sliders, chips, cheese and crackers, veggies, cookies, fruit, donuts, etc.

If you wish to bring other main or side dishes, or desserts that’s fine too; it’s up to you.

Plates, bowls, napkins, cups, and plasticware will be provided.
BYOB – bring whatever sodas, teas, lemonade, or beer that you wish to drink. Bottled water and ice will be provided.

No fancy cake is being ordered this year, and no professional photographer is being hired. It would be nice to see any photos you take that you wish to share on our private Fort Osage Class of ’71 group page after the event.

There will be a container for donations to pay for the use of the building and ‘provided’ items.

Please share this invitation with any other class members for whom we may not have contact information.

No RSVP required, unless you just wish to let us know you’ll be there.

It is with sadness that we share the passing of two members of the Fort Osage family.

Janet Masters, a member of the Fort Osage High School Class of 1979, passed away on June 23.

Her brother, John Masters, a member of the Fort Osage High School Class of 1987, also passed away.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to the Masters family, their classmates, friends, and all who knew and loved them. They will always be remembered as part of the Fort Osage family.

Recently, Abigail McCluskey, from the class of 2021, came back to Fort Osage as a guest speaker at Indian Trails Elementary School. Ms. McCluskey spoke to students about her job as a meteorologist in St. Joseph, MO. It is always great to welcome back our alumni!
