Preschool shark week snack!!!

We reviewed and counted the ingredients needed to create an edible ocean scene and discussed what each ingredient would represent. Children followed the process sequentially, using first, next, and last to describe the order of the steps. They added blue sugar to represent ocean water, crushed graham crackers prepared during Morning Work to represent sand, and gummy sharks to complete their scenes.

The children had so much fun painting bird feeders today! I love how creative they are!
