It’s been a while since our last Regulate, Don’t Eliminate update, and honestly, that’s because the future of h**p seems to change by the day.

Every time we think we have a clear picture, a new proposal, new conversation, or new challenge pops up. We’ve spent the last few months listening, attending meetings, talking with industry leaders, following legislation, and trying to understand what may actually be coming.

After some recent conversations involving Congressman Andy Barr, Senator Ted Cruz, HIFA, and other industry advocates, we finally feel comfortable sharing what we’re hearing.

Now, before you watch, please remember: Nothing is finalized or guaranteed.

The trajectory of h**p continues to evolve, and we’re doing everything we can to stay ahead of it. In this update, we’re discussing what we believe could be included in the upcoming Barr Bill, what potential regulations could mean for us, and why you may begin seeing some changes from Moon Flower in the months ahead.

Some of what we’re hearing is encouraging. A tonnnn of it is frustrating (especially because this experience has continued to expose how corrupt our government is and how our government isn’t really our government, it’s massive corporations hidden behind elected officials, but that’s a conversations for another time) But regardless of what happens, we’ll continue adapting, advocating, and doing everything we can to keep on keepin on.

This time around, Kole and Macie made the trip down to Fayetteville and Summersville. They brought Moon Brew sample boxes to Cathedral Cafe, Pies & Pints, and Secret Sandwich Society (fingers crossed 🤞🏼)
Also stopped by Gad Damn Brewing to show the love and grab a beer while we were in town. We truly love these guys. 🍻🫶🏼
