Ever wonder how your posture "looks"? Wonder no more! I often hear people asking, "How does my posture look?" Rather than striving for what looks correct, listen to your body, bring awareness to it, & find what -feels- right. When you can feel where your alignment should be, growth begins to come naturally & with ease.

Did you know that your muscles are a huge part of what keeps a straight spine while in sukasana, tadasana, & other ever day postures. Your muscles help hold your spine into proper alignment. Read this great article for some tips on where to be mindful while practicing keeping that flat back!
