Good Morning Everyone,
I have made a decision that to some may come as a surprise. I have decided to close my daycare. The last day of business will be July 19th. I have made the decision to go back to the classroom in August in the district I was in previously. As many know, I have had a traumatic year and a half. I am now in a place with my grief that I am ready to return to the classroom and work on getting a sense of normalcy back in my life. In addition to my grief journey, I am also needing to make this decision so I can better take care of my family financially.
I am looking forward to getting back into the classroom. However, I will miss all the families I have been serving. I have loved every child I have been able to work with since I opened just over a year ago.
I will miss everyone very much, this is something I have to do for my family.
