🎪 Lewis Learning Center Windthorst is on the hunt for a new ring leader! 🎪

And by ring leader, we mean someone who can lead a team, love on kiddos, communicate with families, solve 14 problems before 9:00 AM, and somehow still remember where they set their coffee. 😂

We are looking for a Director who is organized, dependable, compassionate, confident, and ready to lead with both heart and accountability.

Our ideal candidate:
• Loves children and understands the importance of quality early childhood education
• Can lead, encourage, and hold a team accountable
• Communicates well with parents, staff, and administration
• Can stay calm when the day gets a little… circus-like 🎪
• Is organized, motivated, and willing to jump in wherever needed
• Understands that childcare isn’t just a job. It’s a responsibility to the children and families who trust us every day

At Lewis Learning Center, we take what we do seriously, but we also know you have to be able to laugh, adapt, and roll with the unexpected when your workplace is full of tiny humans. ❤️

If you’re looking for a leadership position where you can make a difference, build relationships, support a great team, and help create a place where children are loved while they learn and grow, we’d love to hear from you!

Come be the next Director of Lewis Learning Center Windthorst. The circus is already here, we just need the right person to help run it. 😉🎪🎉

Out of an abundance of caution and knowing a lot of us won’t sleep tonight due to the fire and smoke, we will close Lewis Learning Center Bryson tomorrow, August 26. Please be safe, everyone.
