Painting and repairs have started!!!!

I can’t wait to see how it looks next week and to share with you. See those red and yellow book shelves? Can’t wait for those to be a different color! And that yellow to be gone!

Thank you for the grant that made this move and growth possible.

Now we need your help keep going with these renovations and give our kiddos the space they deserve.

St Luke’s is contributing, we had a family sponsor a classroom! The kiddos sold items at our open houses to raise money.

But there’s more to go.

At Fáilte, we intentionally keep our enrollment limited.

Not because exclusivity is the goal.

Because relationships are.

Because children deserve to be truly known.

Because community works best when every child is seen, supported, and connected.

Cooking is so much more than following a recipe. It's math. Science. Planning. Problem-solving. Collaboration. Creativity.

It's measuring ingredients, adjusting when things don't go as expected, and experiencing the satisfaction of creating something with your own hands.

At Fáilte, we believe some of the most meaningful learning happens through real-life experiences.

🌱We’re hiring a Lead Teacher for Fáilte Academy, our small nonprofit microschool in Bryn Mawr designed for neurodivergent and twice-exceptional kids in grades 1–6.

Join a tight knit small teaching team with an average of 3 children per adult – so you can actually build deep relationships and move at each child’s pace.

If you’re a teacher, clinician, or learning specialist who:
✨believes connection comes before curriculum
✨is comfortable supporting PDA profiles, big feelings, and children with trauma backgrounds
 ✨loves hands-on learning, Floortime-style engagement, and Science of Reading–aligned literacy
