From Bryn Mawr to Paris 🇫🇷❤️ Mrs. Carnicle and Flat Corie made a special stop at the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre, a beautiful reminder that the Sacred Heart spirit reaches across the world. 🦁

From the Class of 1976 to the Class of 2026 ❤️

This year’s Golden Hearts from the class of 1976: Deborah Gormley Della Porta, Kathleen Joson, Kathleen Boyle Mullaly, Suzanne Santora Robinson P'06, Patricia Anderson Ryan P'01, & Patrice Barrett Sullivan returned to campus to celebrate Commencement 50 years after their own graduation from Sacred Heart. Their presence reminded our newest graduates that the Sacred Heart connection extends far beyond the years spent on campus. It is a lifelong sisterhood rooted in faith, friendship, and tradition.

Class of 2026: by the numbers ❤️

The numbers are impressive. The women behind them are even more remarkable. 🦁✨

Before Commencement, the Class of 2026 had the special opportunity to hear from Sr. Clare Pratt, RSCJ, and several Sacred Heart Overbrook alumnae, including Laura White McMahon '67, Puddy Toland McKenna Esq. '70, Marianne Horstmann English '71, Dr. Eve Atkinson '71, and Maureen Ryan Fitzpatrick '72.

A former faculty member and administrator at Sacred Heart Overbrook, Sr. Pratt shared stories and advice from her years in Sacred Heart education and leadership. Her distinguished career has included serving as Provincial of the Washington Province, helping unite the U.S. provinces into one national province, serving in Rome as a facilitator for RSCJs taking their vows, and becoming the first American Superior General of the Society of the Sacred Heart from 2000–2008. She later served as an ABC News commentator during the 2013 Papal Conclave and continues her lifelong commitment to the Society of the Sacred Heart.

Lilly Murphy '25 and Ella Vraim '25, founding members of SHA's SHArchives Club, joined the visit and helped connect the generations through Sacred Heart's rich history. Following their time with the seniors, Sr. Pratt and the alumnae gathered with additional graduates from various class years for a luncheon off campus, continuing a tradition of friendship, faith, and connection that spans generations of Sacred Heart women. ❤️🦁
