Welcome back from a wonderful but hopefully restful vacation!

This has been a busy summer for Main Line Educational Services - ISEEs, IQs and full batteries for Tim Babbage and Dr Cozzi, while I studied abroad ( and in the Adirondacks!).

However, there are appointments available for ISEEs ( weekdays) and other individual testing ( some weekdays but mostly weekends).  For ISEEs, check out the ISEE website online and register directly from their site. For answers to questions about the ISEE or individual testing. contact our office.

Labor Day - the official end of summer...although really not official as many students have returned already!

For those students looking for an ISEE test date, there are a few available openings on September 9, 13 &14. Check our website for tips for successful testing, then use the link on the site to go directly to the ISEE registration page.

Tests for admission for younger children for the 2022-2023 year will be opening up in October.

We hope you have not been affected by Ida and that everyone is somewhere safe.

Ahhhh - nothing like a hot summer! Planning for fall? Summer is almost half over, so August is the time to think about ISEE admission tests for either immediate admission Fall 2021, or next year, Fall 2022.

Either way, students who take the ISEE next week have the opportunity to re-take it anytime between August and the end of November. But beware - there are only four testing appointments open as of right now - noon on Sunday, 7/25. Registrations for these must be made before Thursday morning!

Ah - tried to boost this post so people will become familiar with out new webpage address. Turns out, the extension we chose for our newly minted webpage (.online) is considered ‘iffy’
I think that says more about what the web than us.

So try our new web url, listed below. It works fine and ‘can be trusted’!! And as I have tried to tell FB, we are not selling an online product!! We are only trying to spread information!

What a surprise! Just clicked the link to our new webpage and received a warning that ‘it may be malicious link’ - and to click it only if you trust it!

Trust it! It is a new url that doesn’t have a .com
Instead it ends in .online !
Also, we shortened our page name to MLES or even mles- saving several seconds a day each time we don’t have to write Main Line Educational Service!

I admit, http://www.mles.online felt weird to me first, too- but look at that! No www is necessary (although I include it here) and no .com and it still pops up! Trusted? Absolutely! Trusted since 1990!

April is coming quickly to a close and then May...the year seemed so slow at times. Now is the end of the academic year rush!

ISEE tests are available for students entering 5th through 12th grade. Go to our new website to find out how to register your child for a test in our offices. There are no open group tests this year, but we are available throughout the week.

We still have openings, also for IQ admission tests. To get more information, click the link above to contact us or check our website.

ISEE appointments for students entering grades 5 through 12 are available throughout March and April. Each students has an individual testing room, in a comfortable setting. We use the paper version of the test, which may be preferable for your child. There is no additional cost to have the test administered individually once you have registered for a specific date. We find this helps students who an not used to standardized testing, young students, and anxious students. We also provide services for students who need accommodations during testing, as per the approval of ISEE.

We are still following the CDC recommendations regarding masks and social distancing.

Main Line Educational Services will be closed, Thursday, February 18, due the weather concerns. Be safe and don’t forget to wear you mask.

MLES is still accepting applicants who require the ISEE. At this time, we are scheduling for weekday mornings; all open dates are listed on the ISEE website. We can schedule Lower, Middle and Upper level test takers, with or without accommodations. Feel free to call or write to us if you have questions. You can also check out our new website soon.

Some photos of the office! Hmm, it hasn't changed in a longtime. Our fish tank is still capturing the attention of all who visit. And during this time of COVID-19, the building is usually very quiet!

ISEE testing dates for December are filling up. If you do not see an opening, call the office! We are often able to open up slots that appear closed.

We may be offering a limited number of afternoon ISEE tests, as well. If your child might test better in the afternoon, call the office and ask about availability.

Individual testing for students P-K through elementary are being scheduled for weekends as well as some week days. Call for appointments.

The next ISEE testing season is opening up in December and it appears that the available time slots for testing at our office are quickly being taken. If you cannot locate an open test date, call us at 610-525-8127 and we can most likely find a spot for your child!
