Wish you had a Personal Operating System?
On 6/28, I led a workshop to help people build theirs!
We discussed:
• What gives you energy (and what drains it)
• The conditions where you thrive
• The habits and boundaries that keep you grounded
• The non-negotiables that support your growth
Want to attend more workshops like these?
Comment “events” below and I’ll send you a link to our upcoming events.

Just peachy.
Tolerance can = self-abandonment
Ignoring your needs❌
Not speaking up❌
Excusing patterns❌
Letting little discomforts go❌
Compromising on your boundaries❌
But when you speak up for yourself, your needs for space, peace, calm, respect, and presence, you:
✔️Honor yourself
✔️Foster self respect
✔️Create inner peace
✔️Feel empowered
✔️Protect yourself.
I work with men who were taught to be the “nice guy”, who kept abandoning themselves to please others, and help them to rebuild their confidence so they can become the man they want to be.

Complaining prevents the Universe from giving you what you want.
And you want
Practice and in time your will evolve, and you’ll emerge a much more person.
Even in the darkest times, keep going!
When the lights go out, you still work.
Persistence is what brings you to your dreams, not giving in to excuses.
Because there WILL be opportunities for excuses. There will be dark times.
But continuing to move forward will bring you back to the light.
Grief will cost you friends
But that will open up space to take care of yourself.
To focus your energy on you, and the people that really show up for you.
And that is liberating.
Grief erodes motivation.
Support your friends who are dealing with grief. A light went out of their life that’ll never turn back on again.
Narcissists hide in self-improvement spaces…on purpose!
Just because someone is a “coach” or “healer”, doesn’t mean they aren’t a narcissist. Often, they’re in those spaces, looking for the next person they can control.
Because they know that’s the best place to find givers, people-pleasers, and people with weak boundaries.
Look for the signs I mention in the video.
And don’t forget to set boundaries!
