Dear Friends of the Kingdom of Araucanía and Patagonia;
There continues to be a civil war among the supporters of the Kingdom of Araucanía and Patagonia. One group supports Philippe Pichon, whom they style Prince Philippe III. The other group supports Laurent Lafayne, whom they style Prince Antoine V.
Both groups agree the predecessor of their prince is Frédéric Luz, who reigned as Prince Frederic I. In his retirement, he is now styled
Frédéric, prince émérite d'Araucanie et de Patagonie. Prince Frederic endorses Prince Philippe as his successor.
Since the outbreak of this civil war, the North American Araucanian Royalist Society has chosen to remain neutral in this conflict and has encouraged rapprochement between the two groups. Some members of the NAARS support Prince Philippe; others support Prince Antoine.
In recent weeks, as the moderator of the NAARS Facebook group, I have received complaints regarding abusive language used by individual supporters of both Prince Philippe and Prince Antoine. I have contacted those individuals privately and asked them to be more polite.
Yesterday, I received a formal complaint and a threat to initiate legal action against me in the French court system. At this point, I will not reveal the name of the person who made this legal threat against me, but I did reply to him privately to address his concerns.
In light of these things, let me make a few requests of you:
1) Be courteous in everything you say in this group.
2) Do not make posts using AI photos or verbal content.
3) Do not make posts not DIRECTLY related to the Kingdom.
Thank you very much.
