Over 130 Bryant students (16 and older) received their first doses of the COVID-19 vaccine today at Bryant High School. The second dose will be administered on May 24.

Thank you to our volunteers and pharmacist Jon Martin at Bryant Family Pharmacy for partnering with us to organize and staff the vaccination clinic!

Students under the age of 18 required parental consent to receive the voluntary vaccine.

Students in Bryant High School’s Sports Medicine program received a visit from Baptist Health MedFlight Friday and a chance to learn firsthand about air ambulances and job opportunities in health care.

Medflight crew members provided a glimpse into the services provided by emergency medical transport and allowed the students to tour the helicopter. They also shared information on the career paths of medical flight crews, education and training requirements, and what those professions do on a typical day.

Thank you to MedFlight Little Rock for a great learning opportunity!
