At Pleasant Hill Adult Day Health Center, there is always something fun happening! From indoor volleyball and arts and crafts to relaxing outside in the sunshine and tending to our garden, our days are filled with laughter, friendship, and meaningful activities.

Do you know someone living with moderate to severe dementia? Is their caregiver in need of a break?

Pleasant Hill Senior Services may be able to help through the GUIDE Respite Grant Program. Eligible participants can receive up to $2,500 in respite services, along with access to educational resources and caregiver support.

Qualifications do apply, including enrollment in Traditional Medicare Parts A & B.
