Vapes aren’t always easy to spot — they can look like USB drives, makeup products, or even candy packaging. But there are signs you can watch for:

📦 Unusual packages in the mail or unexpected charges? Could be online v**e orders.
👃 Odd smells like bubble gum or chocolate cake with no source? Could be flavored ni****ne. A skunky smell? That’s likely ma*****na.
💧 More thirst or frequent nosebleeds? Chemicals in v**es dry out the mouth and nose.
☕ Suddenly avoiding caffeine? Ni****ne + caffeine can cause anxiety — some kids cut back because of this.
🧃 Craving stronger flavors? A dry mouth can dull taste, leading to stronger flavor cravings.
💬 Slang in texts like “nicked,” “VG,” “atty,” or “sauce”? That could be v**e talk.

Vapes can contain ni****ne and other chemicals, and va**ng products must not be sold to anyone under 18.

They may come in different colours, flavours and designs, but that doesn’t make them risk-free.

💚 You don’t have to v**e just because others do. It’s always okay to say no.

If you’re already va**ng and want to stop, or you’re worried about va**ng, please speak to someone you trust, such as a parent/carer, teacher or another trusted adult. Support is available and you won’t be judged.
