Yesterday, our Broncos defeated Fruitvale Junior High A Team 2-0 to bring home the United States Academic Esports League NATIONAL TITLE! 🚀⚽

Today, our SFA Middle School Rocket League team will compete in the United States Academic Esports League National Championship (ES/MS Division) at 5:00 PM Central Time! 🎮🔥

Our students will take on Fruitvale Junior High’s A Team from California with the match being streamed live on USAEL’s official Twitch channel featuring professional commentary.

Our SFA Buckin’ Broncos Rocket League team is currently sitting in 1st place in the United States Academic Esports League (USAEL) Middle School Division after Week 6! 🥇

These students have been competing against schools from all across the country and continue to represent SFA at a high level.

We’re heading into Week 7, the final regular season match before playoffs begin. Let’s finish strong and carry this momentum into the postseason! 💪🎮

The transition after Vanta was acquired by PlayVS has been a challenge, but our students are still competing at a high level.

🏁 Mario Kart, 🥊 Smash Bros, and ♟️ Chess are competing in PlayVS
🚗 Rocket League & 🛡️ Overwatch 2 are competing in the United States Academic Esports League (USAEL)

Our Overwatch team is battling tough MS & HS competition, and our Rocket League team is currently in 1st place! 🔥

Even with the transition to a brand-new platform after Vanta merged with PlayVS, our SFA Buckin’ Broncos Rocket League team is still keeping their foot on the gas! 💨

Tonight, they took down Springfield Christian School (Illinois) with a dominant 3–0 sweep, racking up 16 total goals and shutting out their opponents completely. 🥅❌

The Broncos are dominating the preseason early and have one goal in mind — climbing to 1st place and staying there. 💪🔥

Since starting the SFA Buckin’ Broncos Esports program in 2023, we’ve proudly competed on the Vanta platform—earning multiple state championships and national championships along the way. 🏆🔥

Last Thursday, we learned that Vanta has officially merged with PlayVS, and the Vanta platform will no longer be operable. We’ll definitely miss it—it was the foundation where our program grew, competed, and made history.

As we transition to PlayVS, our students understand that accomplishments reset to square one—and they’re ready for it. With more teams, more competition, and a bigger stage than ever, the Buckin’ Broncos are excited to rise again and prove who we are.

Our rocket league team will kick off the preseason today, so we hope they will set the tone for our other teams!

🚨 SPLIT 2 FINALS UPDATE! 🚨
Your Buckin’ Broncos Rocket League team has done it again! 🐎💚⚽️

Yesterday, our squad dominated Jubilee Highland Hills with a 4–0 sweep, officially crowning them your Split 2 Tournament Champions!

After two splits of nonstop grind and competition, our Broncos now sit at:
🏆 #1 in the State
🏆 #1 in the Central Conference
🏆 #1 in the Nation
🔥 And still UNDEFEATED at 14–0 — the ONLY undefeated team out there!

These students are truly incredible. The hard work, teamwork, and commitment they’ve shown is something special. They’ve earned some well-deserved time off, and we’ll be back in action for Split 3 the first week of February!
