Rebecca's Swim Academy Where people of all ages can learn to love water, be safe and swim. I love kids and love teaching them (and adults) how to love water and swim.

I have 5 kids, grew up swimming competitively, and have taught swim lessons for over 30 years. I teach from 6 mos. how to be comfortable in the water all the way to teaching strokes for swim team. I customize lessons for each individual.

The goal isn’t to teach children to depend on a flotation device it’s to help them be confident capable swimmers .watching this 2 year old swim independently is proof that little ones can learn amazing skills with patient instruction and practice.

Water safety starts with the right tools. 💙
While puddle jumpers may seem like a great way to keep kids afloat, they can actually create a false sense of confidence by encouraging an upright swimming position that isn't how we naturally swim. This can make it harder for children to develop real swimming skills and recognize their own abilities in the water.
At Rebecca’s Swim Academy, we believe the best life-saving tool is swim lessons, active adult supervision, and practicing water safety every time you're near the pool.
Our goal isn't just to teach kids how to swim—it's to help them become confident, capable, and safer around water for life.
Skip the puddle jumper. Choose skills that last a lifetime. 🏊‍♀️💦

POV: You thought swim lessons were dangerous...
Turns out the only real danger is your kidbecoming so confident they won't stopasking to go to the pool. 😒🏊‍♀️
You've been warned.
