Struggling to create the perfect lash service menu? Here’s what you need to know! ⬇️

1️⃣ Keep It Simple & Strategic
Not all lash clients are lash artists—they may not understand specialty names or complex options. Instead of offering everything, define the type of artist you want to be:
✔ Lashes only?
✔ Classic + Volume?
✔ Volume + Mega only?
✔ Lashes + facials?

🔑 Focus on what you love, master it, and keep your menu minimal. This will also save you money on unnecessary product costs!

2️⃣ Name Your Services Clearly
Your clients may not read the fine print, so don’t get too creative with service names. Stick to what’s commonly known:
🚫 ❌ “Doll Face Signature Set” or “Exotic Signature Set”
✅ ✅ “Volume Full Set” or “Mega Volume Full Set”

Confusing names = lost bookings. Make it easy for clients to understand what they’re getting without hesitation.

3️⃣ Keep Your Menu Minimal & Manageable
A long list of 20+ service options overwhelms clients. Simplify your offerings for easier scheduling and cost control.

✔ Volume Fill & Mega Volume Fill (Flat rate whether it’s a 2-week or 3-week fill)
✔ Foreign Fill (For working over another artist’s work—price it between a fill & full set)

Offer time-efficient add-ons that boost earnings but don’t disrupt your schedule. Keep these exclusive to existing clients and not available for solo booking.

4️⃣ Avoid Common Mistakes
🚨 Check Your Pricing! If you’ve changed prices, make sure the old ones are removed—confused clients will book the cheaper option!
⏰ Set Your Schedule Wisely—If you start at 9 AM, don’t allow bookings at 9:30 AM. 15-minute gaps can throw off your entire day.
