College Creek Hunting Club A private 2200 acre family hunting club, not except new members. College Creek was established in 1964 by our family members. WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY MEMBERS.

We currently offer 2200 acres of deer, turkey, squirrel, dove, duck, coyote, raccoon and bob cat hunting during legal seasons. We have several primitive RV sites with natural spring water and generator services. THANK YOU

This is just a quick reminder that we have two workdays coming up in September. We prefer you join the first week with most of the others but we also have a secondary workday if that date doesnt fit your schedule. Please let us know if you plan on attending or paying the missing workday fee of $150.00. We will coordinate the duties as the dates get closer but we will need to clean up roads, trails and the camp area. Foodplots will be discussed and options will be made prior to these dates. If you have any questions please let us know. If I have sent this to you in error please advise, if you see someone not included that is a new or current member please advise as well.

COLLEGE CREEK HUNTING CLUB

Sept. 29, 2025

To all members, the Special Hunt on October 4 & 5th is an anterless r***e opportunity hunt only. All deer harvested must meet the 60 pound club weight limit, any deer taken must be signed out and will be deducted from your annual harvest record of two anterless deer.
Fines for shooting bucks or under weight deer will be $50.00. Guests and Visitors are not allowed on this hunt as well as any hunt for the first full week as stated in our membership rules. See below for reference:

Visitors pay $25.00 per day for up to five (5) days of hunting, any kind, limit of (2) visitors per member per day. Guests are not allowed 1st week of any season or last weekend. Members are responsible for their guests during all activities. Members must be present when their guests are on the property.

Volusia County Club Looking for Member(s)
· Family friendly camp – no nonsense
· $3,900 annual dues
· 6900 Acres with 22 total members
· Still hunting only
· Each member can set up camp in our designated camp area and have year-round access
· Water at some of the camp area but no electric (we use run-quiet generators)
· Good population of deer and turkey, not as many hogs—they are generally isolated to specific areas of property
· Each member gets 4 stand/feeder locations
· Game limits per member (including guests): 4 bucks and 3 does, 6 hogs, 6 turkeys per year. We encourage adults to only take mature deer 6 point or better.

Workdays update:

Due to an abundance of rain we may need to postpone our normal workdays. We are looking at Sept. 24th and Oct.1st which both are Saturday at 8am.
We need to mow trails, roads and plow food plots in conjunction with clearing roads and trails with overgrown shrubbery.
The current conditions of the roads are wet and boggy so we would like to keep as many truck's off of them until they dry out before bringing the members out to clean up.
Some of you that can't make one of these dates, get with Johnny or Eric for possible make up dates and duties. There is a $150 fee if you want to Opt out of both workdays. Send fee to Eric.
I will keep everyone in the loop as much as possible and look forward to seeing you soon.
