Looking for 5-10 people who would be interested in a strength and conditioning class at Ship City Fitness. I’m thinking of a morning class at 8am on Tuesday and Thursday and an evening class at 6pm on Monday and Wednesday.
The cost would be $100/month or $20 drop ins.
