CXD is looking for 40 upperclass students with strong leadership and relationship-building skills, who love working in groups, and are ready to mentor a team of Sophomores while they go through the Sophomore Bootcamp. This includes attending two days of training January 16-17 and leading teams through activities January 18-20. (1 full 40 hour work week, Level III, $14.05/hr). Apply on JobX by October 28!

Monday was a hot one at the Summer Funded Internship Poster Exhibition! It was wonderful talking with grant recipients about the depth and breadth of your work this summer. And of course, thank you to our incredibly generous donors who make the CXD Funded Internship Program possible every year.

Today we welcomed Seth Walder '11 for lunch to learn about the development of sports analytics and working at ESPN! Seth has been an analytics writer at ESPN since 2017. Previously, he worked for the New York Daily News covering the NFL, after graduating from Bowdoin with a bachelor's degree in government.
