Certified Fitness Professional with APDA (American Parkinson Disease Association)
To help those desiring to get fit and healthy through Boxing & Kickboxing workouts. I started in Kenpo Karate at age 9 after suffering bullying, it then not only helped develop my confidence and skill level but thereafter lead myself to Boxing and Kickboxing training. Through these avenues I was able to greatly improve my health, mental well being, relieve stress in my life and gain a positive lifestyle. I began Coaching classes in 2002 and have since at UFC Gym and now I am now running my fitness program out of Downtown Brunswick, Georgia to help individuals one on one accomplish their fitness goals and build a healthier lifestyle.

“Gym For Sale”

My lease is set to expire April 1st, 2027
so close to 6 months from now. I will still be taking business and running things as usual till about then. However thereafter plan to retire and fortunately in a position to do so at 48 by that time.

I may still continue in some capacity with In Home Personal Training for those clients who want to continue on Saint Simons Island. Currently I plan to stay here far as living, though moving is something Im considering down the road if desire to.

Ill need to continue holding onto the Gym Equipment till mid or end March while running it still but The Equipment will be/is for sale. If needed a deposit to hold items can potentially be negotiated.

Everything is for Sale except my Pads and Mitts incase I do Personals at Homes still as mentioned.

I have Puzzle Mats, Racks, Heavy Bags, Battle Ropes, Medicine Balls, Box Jumps, Bulgarian Bags and more.

The Racks are big 12’ and will require for buyer to uninstall and move out with a crew they can bring at time.

To find out more reach out to me between now and February as will need to have it sold by then.

All memberships will be honored and finished per what was paid before then and Personals as well.

Ill probably stop taking business after March 1st other than drop in classes or single personal sessions till April 1st.
Exception will be In Home Personal Sessions as I’ll be available still living here.

The website, email and social media for Gym will likely be deleted by April.

Open to offers and can discuss pricing on all Equipment.
