Combat Conditioning

Time is limited and schedules are ever changing. Don’t let a hard start times deter you from joining our group fitness program.

Enjoy the flexibility of open gym, without having to fend for yourself. Combat conditioning starts every 4 minutes.

Never miss a workout again.

Join us every Tuesday and Thursday for combat conditioning.

What you can expect:

Strength and conditioning
10 rounds of strength and conditioning to increase your cardio, muscular endurance and strength.

Heavy bag rounds
New combinations every class! After your strength work, you’ll jump right into your heavy bag work. Complete three unique rounds on the heavy bag every class

Guided instruction
Our instructors will guide you from station to station ensuring that each transition goes smoothly and your technique during each round is optimal.

Group environment
Never workout alone again. Join a group and challenge yourself. Here, you will have instructors and peers who can help motivate you and push you to your limits.

Eli is always so impressive, but you don’t need to look like Eli to get a good workout. These classes are designed with beginners in mind.

Hey everyone,
Unfortunately, we will have to postpone testing for a few weeks.

Eli and Reid will be covering classes and we will announce a new date when I return. Please reach out with any questions

Classes will be cancelled tomorrow, Monday 1/25/26

There will be no kids class tomorrow (Wednesday January 7th)

Kids Class on Friday will start at 5

All kids classes will be cancelled this week. We will resume our normal class schedule next week (monday dec 29th)
