All classes will be cancelled tonight (Monday 2/23)

Hey everyone,
Unfortunately, we will have to postpone testing for a few weeks.

Eli and Reid will be covering classes and we will announce a new date when I return. Please reach out with any questions

Classes will be cancelled tomorrow, Monday 1/25/26

There will be no kids class tomorrow (Wednesday January 7th)

Kids Class on Friday will start at 5

All kids classes will be cancelled this week. We will resume our normal class schedule next week (monday dec 29th)

Starting Wednesday (4/30) we will be starting out new spring schedule. Please reach out with any questions!

Monday:
Teen and Adult (13+): 6pm-7pm

Tuesday:
Kids (ages 6-12): 5pm -5:50pm
Forms (all ages): 6pm-6:50pm

Wednesday:
Teen and Adult (13+): 6pm-7pm

Thursday
Kids (ages 6-12): 5pm -5:50pm
Sparring (ages6-12): 6pm-6:50pm

Saturday
Sparring (13+)

Modified schedule for next week will be the following:

Monday:
5pm-6pm Kids all ages
6-6:30 forms

Tuesday:
6-7pm Teen/adult class

Wednesday
5pm-6pm Kids all ages
6-7pm sparring

Thursday
6-7pm teen/adult class

Testing is still on for this mornings. If you can’t make it and need to schedule a makeup, please reach out.

Just a reminder to all parents. Testing will take place tomorrow morning at the following times:

White belts 8:00
Orange belts 8:45
Green belts 9:30
Others 10:15

We will be leaving tomorrow tow morning at 7:30am from Ship City Fitness. If you would like to carpool or Caravan, then reach out to coordinate details.

February break class schedule:

Monday:
Kids tkd (all ages) @ 5pm
Forms (all ages) @ 6pm

Wednesday:
Kids tkd (all ages) @ 5pm
Kids sparring (all ages) @ 6pm
