Our Site Coordinators are the heart of Communities In Schools of Glynn & McIntosh Counties. Every day, they show up for students building relationships, offering support, connecting families with resources, and making sure every student knows they have someone in their corner.

At CIS of Glynn, we help students prepare for life beyond the classroom by connecting them with career exploration, workforce readiness, and opportunities to discover their path forward.

A new chapter in leadership coming January 2027! 💙

Congratulations to Earlene Dickson who will be our new Executive Director of CIS of Glynn at the start of 2027!

Dickson will succeed Lynn Love, who will retire in December of this year after 14 years of dedicated leadership and service to our organization. To ensure a seamless transition, Dickson is working alongside Love throughout the remainder of the year before officially assuming the role at the start of the new year.

We’re grateful for her dedication to our students and excited for all that’s ahead.
