Please reserve Tuesday, August 4th for Open House.
This is scheduled before the start of the year so that your family can meet your child(ren)βs teacher(s) and see their classroom. Home-school partnerships are crucial to the academic and developmental success of your child.
This year, we are structuring the time of Open House so that families can be informed of crucial information before the start of the school year. We will follow the schedule below:
TIMEβ¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦..GRADES
3:00 - 3:30β¦β¦..PRE-K AND CABS
4:00 - 4:30β¦β¦..1st, 3rd, and 5th
4:30 - 5:00β¦β¦β¦Kinder, 2nd and 4th
5:00 - 5:30β¦β¦β¦1st, 3rd, and 5th
5:30 - 6:00 β¦β¦..Kinderg, 2nd and 4th
Teachers will only be available at the times listed above. During these times, families can bring their students, drop off supplies and get important information about the upcoming year from your classroom teacher. This will be a valuable opportunity for families.

What a great way to welcome back our Ohana Staff!
Our fabulous Administration team provided a morning full of fellowship and professional learning. Our staff received a few surprises and their back to school t shirt! A yummy breakfast was served and then our staff got to work!
Just a few more days and the hallways will be filled with the best part⦠your kiddos!

School zone warning lights will be tested Wednesday, August 5 at all school zones in Glynn County and the City of Brunswick. These tests help familiarize motorists with school zone locations, reduced speed limits, and safe driving expectations during active times.
School starts Thursday, August 6 for Glynn County Schools and Heritage Christian Academy.

Great news for the 2026β27 school year!
Glynn County Schools is proud to continue our participation in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP). Through this federally funded program, all enrolled students can receive breakfast and lunch each school day at no cost, with no applications required.
This initiative removes financial barriers so our students can stay fueled, focused, and ready to thrive in the classroom every day. A huge thank you to our School Nutrition Department for their continuous dedication to feeding our future! π
