Favorite HTM Class?
I couldn’t choose between Event Management or Hotel Management!!
Event Management: I loved this class because it was very challenging for me, but so rewarding when my groups and I hosted events on campus! For CCGA’s Office of Diversity & Inclusion, my group and I hosted a Dia De Los Mu***os celebration, and for COMPASS one night we had students ‘Speed Dating’ where they would move from partner to partner, asking real-life interview questions.
Hotel Management: This class is one of my favorites because we wouldn’t just learn about hotel management in the classroom, we would take trips to meet at hotels on St. Simons and Jykell Island, to see and learn things firsthand.

Dream Job: Director of Sales and Marketing for a hotel or resort… OR I’d love to be able to purchase a run-down motel and renovate each room and decorate them different themes, creating a really fun get-away spot, literally anywhere I could do it at!


Where do you plan to go after college?
I plan to move back home after college, to save money! While I’m home I plan on getting my masters in sales and marketing and working at a hotel to gain experience, for my ‘Big Girl Job’ one day!

Dream travel location:
Sardinia, Italy
Favorite part of the HTM program:
My favorite part of the program is learning things in class and then going to work at my job, as a server and seeing things I learned happen in real life.
Why would you recommend the HTM program at the College of Coastal Georgia?
I would recommend the Hotel Management Program at CCGA because it is in a beautiful touristy area to learn and has the best teachers to help guide you through your courses.

Note from Lilli’s professors: we are going to miss Lilli’s presence around CCGA. You can always count on her to see the positives in any given situation. We wish her luck with graduate school and working towards achieving her goals.
