💙 A night of moms, sons, and some seriously good dance moves! 💃🕺

Our first and second grade boys and their moms danced the night away at our Mother & Son Dance! From some wild dance moves by the boys to a few moves from Mom, and even a teacher or two joining in, the dance floor was full of energy, laughter, and lots of smiles!

We loved seeing our boys make special memories with their moms and enjoy a night full of fun. Thank you to everyone who helped make this such a special evening!

Today was full of hands-on agriculture learning! Students explored through VR experiences, farm-to-pizza activities, bioplastic lessons, matching activities, and tons of agriculture-accurate books.
During the VR tour, some students visited Sharp and Sharp Certified Seed in Allendale, while others explored a hatchery further upstate. 🥽🌱

From seeing agriculture in action to making connections with places and concepts they already know, students had so many opportunities to learn, explore, and discover the world of agriculture around them. 💚🌾

We started October off right with a fun trip to the pumpkin patch! Our Pre-K & Kindergarten students had a wonderful time at Holiday Farms last Friday, enjoying the day with friends while exploring, learning, and making special memories. 🚌🎃🧡

Guess what!! 👀🤭

Book Fair is coming up next week! ♥️📚 eWallet notices were sent with students earlier in the month, and tomorrow flyers go home with a preview of some of the titles that will be at our fair. Take a look at our home page, set up your child's eWallet, and we hope to see you soon.

Students can shop Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday during their regular class library time, during homeroom, or at Family Night on Thursday, October 1st. Send us a message if you have any questions.

📢 BES Arrival & Dismissal Reminders
BES families, please review these important procedures to help keep our students safe and traffic moving smoothly.

🚗 Car Line: Morning drop-off begins at 7:25 a.m. and afternoon dismissal begins at 2:30 p.m. Both take place on College Street, with traffic flowing from S. Manker St. toward Mathews St. Afternoon pickup uses a double car line.

🚶 Walk-Up: Families who choose to park should use Addison Street, a side street, or the teacher parking lot and walk to the designated area near the gym.

🎒 Morning Reminder: Students should only be dropped off in the designated car line. Pre-K and Kindergarten families may walk students to class on the first day of school. After that, we encourage students to walk in independently.

⏰ Students are considered tardy at 7:50 a.m.
