Standardized Dress Reminder 👕

Standardized Dress Reminder for HCS Families

As we continue through the first month of school, we want to offer a friendly reminder that all students should be in full compliance with the HCS Standardized Dress Policy beginning September 11, 2026.

We appreciate our families for working with us during this grace period to make sure students are prepared and ready for a successful school year.

Thank you to our families, community partners, and donors who have helped us make sure students have what they need. Together, we can keep our students focused on learning and ready for success!

📣 MONDAY REMINDER TO OUR CUB FAMILIES! 🐾

Staggered days are officially over, and ALL students will attend school on Monday! 🎉 We are so excited to have everyone together!

With all of our Cubs returning at once, please expect the car rider line to be a little busier than usual. 🚗🚙 We ask that parents please be patient with us as we work to get everyone in and out safely and efficiently. Please place car tags in the windshield so that school staff can see them. 🏷️

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support as we get into our normal school routine! ❤️

📢 Important AECC Car Rider Procedures Beginning Monday 🦁

Dear AECC Parents and Families,
Starting Monday, all students will attend school, and we want to make sure arrival runs as smoothly and safely as possible. Please review the following car rider procedures:

🚗 Car Rider Line
• Parents should remain in their vehicles and allow school staff to assist students out of the car.
• When entering the drive from Margin Street, there will be
TWO LANES:
➡️ RIGHT LANE = PARENTS
⬅️ LEFT LANE = EMPLOYEES
• Employees are the only vehicles that should turn left into the school driveway.
• Parents should turn right and remain in the right lane as they proceed through the car rider line.

📝 Pre-K Parents
Pre-K parents will need to sign their child in using the clipboard with staff members in the parking lot. Having car tags visible in the windshield allows school staff to know who needs to sign in.

🏷️ PLEASE HAVE CAR TAGS VISIBLE
For the safety of all our students, please make sure your car tag is clearly visible in your windshield each morning.

💛 A Little Patience Goes a Long Way!
With all students returning on Monday, arrival may take a little longer than usual. Please be kind, patient, and courteous as our staff works to safely and efficiently get every student into the building.
