📍 We will be in the cafeteria until 5:00 PM today to assist families who still need to sign up for bus transportation for the 2026–2027 school year.

⚠️ Important: After today, we will not be able to add any new or current students to bus transportation until the next enrollment date.

Before you arrive, here are a few important reminders:
📍 Please park at the back of the school in the bus area.
🚪 Entry for Meet the Teacher will be through the gym doors at the back of the school, marked Door 7.
➡️ Look for our signs throughout campus that will help guide you to the right location.
✨ Don’t miss the opportunity to meet with our Operations Team! Learn more about transportation, after-school programs, the Child Nutrition Program, and so much more. Be sure to stop by the cafeteria to get all the information you need for a successful school year!

Chocolate milk is back in IDEA Sports Park! It’s joining our meal lineup as an additional choice. Unflavored milk will still be available at every meal, every day.

And this isn’t the chocolate milk you may remember. Today’s school chocolate milk meets updated federal nutrition standards.

Bringing it back is about more than adding another choice, it’s about listening to our students. Thank you for speaking up. We heard you, and we’re excited to bring back an option you’ve been asking for! 💛💙

Today we will be hosting a Vaccine Clinic at our school from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

This is a great opportunity to make sure your child is up to date on their required vaccines before the new school year begins. We encourage you to take advantage of this convenient service and help your child start the school year ready to learn!

Hello Mighty College Prep Stingrays!

It's the most wonderful time of the year! Our Mighty Stingray Leaders are back and ready to level up for the new school year! Today was our first official day back with all staff on campus to begin our professional development, classroom prep, and final updates to ensure we have a successful start to the 2026-2027 school year.

We would also like to take a moment to thank and highlight the amazing team at Luke Fruia Motors! It has become such a great tradition to kickoff each school year since we opened with our dear friends at Fruia RGV! Thank you for always supporting and taking care of us. We greatly appreciate you and hope to continue the tradition!

To our Stingray scholars and families we hope you enjoy the rest of your summer break! We can't wait to welcome new and familiar faces! You don't wait for the first day of school to see us! Please stop by on Friday, August 7th, and join us for our Fall Townhall and Meet the Teacher in the gym from 3pm-5pm. See you sooner than later!

Today our Stingray staff officially kicked off the 2026 to 2027 school year with the first day of Beginning of Year Professional Development.

Over the next two weeks, our team will be learning, planning, collaborating, and preparing to ensure every student has an outstanding start to the year. We believe every child deserves a school where they are known, challenged, and loved. That is why we are investing in our people, strengthening our systems, and working together to make IDEA Sports Park Academy the best place to learn and work so every Stingray experiences a year filled with growth, belonging, and opportunity.
