For those of you looking for parking for Rock the Rind this weekend!! Our ladies here and at Kay’s will still be working and will need the lot at the studio for customers/ clients only! Thank you for your understanding! Kay’s Kafe

Populations going up a bit this weekend... let's talk parking 🅿️

While public & street parking will be available downtown we will be providing a shuttle service from the public grass lot, just East of the County Jail. The shuttle service will begin one hour prior to gates & end after the late night set 🚎

In addition, we've partnered with our friends at The Peoples Bank to designate the lot north of the bank for free parking, festival weekend.

Please be courteous to local businesses throughout the weekend & utilize the allocated lots. Although parking is limited around the courthouse square, we promise it'll be worth the walk! 🍉

As most of you know, I tore my rotator cuff back in April and finally scheduled for surgery tomorrow (Tuesday)! 🥳 Though I am more than ready to get this healed and behind me, this surgery does require an 8wk recovery (sooner if PT will let me 😉). Tonight is the last yoga class and no pilates this week for the next 8wks (or less) 🙏 Thank you all for being so supportive and understanding... I am told this surgery will bring me back to 💯... lets do this 💪 ~ Heather

Pilates 6:00p tonight will be our last class for 8wks 😖 I will be having rotator cuff surgery next Tuesday July 21 and Dr instructed to be out 8wks (I'll be back sooner if I can convince him 😉)... Would love to see you all before I am off!!! ❤
