Sorry I have not posted in long time! Welcome to my new members! We recently got a puppy, any of you with dogs or puppies know what a challenge this can be!
Anyway, let’s discuss daycare! My little Josie and I are entering a new era! Josie is headed to daycare 😭😭😭. Unfortunately, I have to have surgery on my right arm. I have tendon damage that has also affected my Ulnar nerve. In addition I’ve been diagnosed with Lupus.( add on even more exhaustion) Sooooo, no lifting and 12 weeks of recovering.
As much as I have been tired, overwhelmed and down right stressed out at times, I can honestly say this is crushing me! Time is such a thief, and age is an even bigger one. I am so very grateful my daughter has recognized that I just cannot do this as much anymore.
However Josie will be 2 soon, I know that this will be a positive experience for her. She really does need the socialization and I think it will be great for her learning and independence. I am not going to lie, I tend to be a doer. I do everything for her, and I know that’s not always the best for their learning.
I’d love to hear if anyone else has experienced this? Any tips on how to not let it bring you down? Any tips on helping her adjust? I’d take anything at this point, the guilt is crushing.
Thanks again, you all have a glorious day and weekend! Give those grandkids a hug and enjoy every second
