🚨👮‍♂️🚒 Safety First!

Deputy Johnson and Deputy Fire Marshal Havlin spent time with our 2nd graders talking about safety and what to do in an emergency situation. Our students learned some important tips to help them stay calm, safe, and prepared!

Brownsburg Fire Territory stopped by and gave our 2nd graders the opportunity to take a look inside the fire truck and ambulance.🚒

The high school and middle school cross country teams had their first meet at the Jeremy Wright Invitational Saturday morning. Everyone did great! 🏃🏃🏼‍♀️

For the middle school individual awards, Jessica Buford placed 6th🏆.The middle school boys team placed 8th and the girls team placed 9th. 🎉

For the high school both Lilly and Liv received ribbons for 28th and 30th place 👏🏻🎉.

Braden Bruhn and Nate Hass displayed incredible sportsmanship and servants hearts by passing out water until every single runner crossed the finish line. Once a couple other runners saw them doing this they joined in. It was incredible to watch. About six runners stood in a line right behind the finish line to cheer on every runner and hand them a cold cup of water. This simple act of kindness shows the love of Christ, and is what our school is all about. All glory to God. Way to go, Patriots! ❤️🤍

Today was our first day back in chapel—and a first-ever chapel experience for our kindergarteners! ❤️

Mr. Campbell opened our first chapel of the school year with a powerful message about what it means to Abide. What a wonderful way to begin a new year: gathering together, worshiping, learning, and reminding ourselves to remain rooted in Christ.

Our returning 3rd–5th graders who met the summer goal of 45 skills at proficiency were treated to a day at the waterpark! 🎉

These students worked hard and we were so excited to celebrate their dedication and accomplishments. They had an absolute blast—and they definitely earned it! 💦😎

🏃🏃🏼‍♀️Cross Country Season Is Underway!

Varsity Cross Country did not start according to plan, as the first meet was canceled because of the floods. That did not stop our team from doing a timed trial expedition race this morning on our home course.

Every runner displayed mental toughness as they ran the entire 5K in pouring rain, puddles, and wet conditions. This team is small but this team is about to have an amazing season. They are ready for the Jeremy Wright Small School Invitational on Saturday. Let’s go, Patriots! ❤️🤍

🚨 Red & White Night Update! 🚨

Due to the weather, we have decided to move tonight’s Red & White Night into the HIGH SCHOOL GYM. We will keep the same start times as planned.

🍔 Kickstand Food Truck will still be joining us!
🍦 Ice Barn will be set up in the Commons.
🥤 Concessions will be open as well!

We’ll see you tonight! 🎉
