Keep showing up. It’s the hardest thing to master, but so true in everything, not just in fitness. I don’t always post, but I’ve quietly kept grinding away… whether it’s at 3am or some other time I’m able to get it in. I may be tiny, but I’m sure as hell proud I’ve become much stronger.

Oliver has all the moves! 😂 Mommy and son at OutFit Zumba time. It’s not only HIIT. I love it since I can do something that is not just bodybuilding and get to spend time with my boy.

Love 2021’s look! The proportions and feminine look was the best so far! Current game plan is in effect building better my lower body to bring an even better posterior for 2022! Figures! After recovering from the carb up disaster of food poisoning from Cheesecake Factory no less on the eve of show day, I finally have carbs hang on! 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ On the plus side, I got to spend a beautiful morning at Disney Springs before returning home! I love the magic of Disney! It’s always the happiest place on earth!
