Bluejays for Life had their first meeting! 💙 Students reflected on how each of us is made in the image and likeness of God and uniquely created, just like our fingerprints. They put that idea into practice by creating their own artwork using their fingerprints.

Students also learned about spiritually adopting a baby and will spend the next nine months praying for the baby they adopted. 💙🙏

One week until 5 Days for the Bluejays! 💙

October 5–9, our Bluejay community will come together to support the St. Cecilia Fund and the school we love.

Our goal is 80% family participation, because every family has a part to play in strengthening the St. Cecilia experience for our students.

And when we reach 80%, we’ll celebrate with the 11th Annual Color Run! 🎨

One week. One goal. One Bluejay community.

Meekness shows itself in the way we treat others. It looks like patience when things are difficult, gentleness when words could wound, and love when it would be easier to walk away. May we carry these qualities into our classrooms, our homes, and our community this week. 💙

What does it mean to become a Bluejay?

Join us on Tuesday, September 29 at 6:00 PM in the St. Cecilia School Cafeteria for Becoming Bluejays: Faith, Family, and a Future at St. Cecilia.

This evening is designed for families who are exploring St. Cecilia and want to see the bigger picture of life in our school community.

You’ll learn about:

📚 Academics from Pre-K through 8th grade
🙏 Faith formation and our Catholic identity
💙 Student life, traditions, and family involvement
🤝 Support systems for students and families
🎓 Admissions, tuition, financial aid, and next steps

And there’s more! Families will have the opportunity to ask questions, take a campus walkthrough, visit classrooms, see our chapel and CGS atrium, and take home a packet and some Bluejay swag.

You belong here. 💙

At St. Cecilia, community is something we build together. It’s found in the friendships that grow, the traditions we share, the Houses that bring us together, and the everyday moments that remind our students they are part of something bigger.

It’s teachers and staff cheering students on. It’s classmates becoming friends and teammates becoming family. It’s the familiar handshake in the hallway, the House spirit in the gym, and the laughter that fills our campus.

These are the moments that make St. Cecilia more than a school. This is our Bluejay family. This is what it means to belong.

Rooted Here. Growing Here.
