Day # 6 for . Today’s item was a thin embossing folder. You can see it pictured in my video and the second frame if you swipe right. I made a little belly band with the recipients name to go over an envelope. I’ve done this before and it’s such a fun way to dress up an envelope. I just cut an 11 inch strip of paper and imposed it from either end and scored it in the middle. Then you can fold it around your envelope. * Just a tip. If you make a card and want to make the envelope to match it, put the card inside of the envelope, then measure the belly band around it. Then you won’t have to worry about it not fitting all of your embellishments, if you make a card with some dimension. Thanks for stopping by to take a look at my project. 💌

It’s time for the Crafty Advent calendar. I have prepared a fun card for today’s first fun item!! It is a tiny die cutting set that makes an adorable dog and a greeting that reads, “I woof you”. It is perfect for Valentine’s Day. It’s so fun!

A huge thank you to for the paper we used today at the at . The paper is so thick, and accepts the water and pigment so beautifully. I LOVE a good block of paper that you can get super splashy with. It is beautiful and I can’t wait to create more with it.

What a beautiful day in the English countryside!! I have had the most jolly time today learning and painting the whole day long. and are the most lovely teachers and hostesses. I could not have asked for a better experience. ♥️

I’m trying to make a few more cards to have in my stash. Here is a set of four Thank You cards I made yesterday. I kept the color pallet simple with just white, cream, and gold. The matching envelopes have some leftover leaves on the flap as well. Do you send many Thank You cards?

Pen and ink! I am almost done with this sketch book by . I have enjoyed the paper and I think I will repurchase it. I also like that it seemed to me to have just the right number of pages. Should I do a page through of the finished book? I didn’t share it all here on Instagram as I was creating.

Recently someone observed to me that my paintings are all done off the cuff. I thought I would share more in. I am enjoying all the greens in this selection of markers. There are two pinks which are lovely as well. It is such a pleasure to play and make something lovely. I bought some flowers for Easter to brighten up our home. I wanted to paint them before they fade away. I am delighted with the new supplies Thank you for stopping by.
