What an incredible night for McAir Aviation and the Colorado aviation community! 🎉

Dr. Todd Cellini, COO of Spartan Education Group, took the stage at Rocky Mountain PBS as part of "The State of Aviation: Talent, Training, and Tomorrow," a live panel discussion bringing together state leaders, industry voices, and educators all focused on one thing: building the next generation of aviation professionals right here in Colorado.

Last year we partnered with Rocky Mountain PBS on a feature that helped spotlight the pilots behind aviation training in Colorado. That story helped set the stage for the evening's panel, opening up a bigger conversation about workforce development, training access, and the potential opportunities waiting for the next generation of aviation professionals.

We are incredibly honored to have been part of this moment. Thank you to everyone at the Buell Public Media Center who showed up and joined the conversation. The future of aviation in Colorado is bright and we are just getting started. 🎉✈️

AMTs are the professionals responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing the aircraft that make flight training possible. As Director of Aircraft Maintenance, Eric oversees the safety and airworthiness of our entire fleet, ensuring every aircraft meets the standards required before our students and instructors ever leave the ground. The work he and his team put into keeping our operation running safely is something we count on every single day.
